Corrective maintenance

Corrective maintenance is the set of activities performed to identify, isolate, detect, and rectify system or machine failures, including the replacement of faulty components.

The main goal is to restore normal operating conditions after an asset failure, but corrective maintenance should be the result of a regular inspection which discovers the reason for the failure in time and reduces the frequency of similar problems in the future.

Quick response in corrective maintenance activities

This kind of maintenance is not schedulable and every minute of unplanned machine stoppages is a considerable cost for our customers. That’s why Teseo specialised engineers are focused on understanding the diagnosis and clearing the fault in the quickest and most effective way.

We are continuously developing strategic troubleshooting procedures to meet all our customers’ requirements.
Our experts are available 24/7 and operate on customers’ premises or in our fully equipped laboratories.
They are trained to optimize asset availability and to provide a reduction in productivity losses, labor costs and overtime hours.
